Lettering looks like bent tubing, or shaped glass. Possibly emulating a neon sign aesthetic?
It's a Letter P. Looks like Old English but not sure.
1699 book printed in Rome, looks old-style, maybe Griffo's
Tall serif font, looks vintage. When in initial position, letters get swirls and become somewhat different than when they are in the middle or end of the word.
Medieval/blackletter maybe?
