It's the font on the placeholder images for YouTube videos from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
Reminds me of university days -- the hand-painted office numbers and professor names on the old fashioned wooden doors with frosted glass.
To my eyes, it's similar to Gotham, but not quite as modern-looking.
