Serif italicized type from early 1900s above an architectural rendering
I am struggling to identify it. William Text by Typotheque comes close though the capital letters are more like 'Caslon'. The problem with William is it doesn't have the same weight. Caslon doesn't have similar numbers or the ampersand.

Could it be Fleischman BT? https://www.myfonts.com/collections/fleischman-bt-pro-font-bitstream (h is not the same) or Century Old Style?

Old Style No. 1 is a likely candidate, but Old Style No. 5 and Oldstyle No. 7 (a precursor to Century) are also contenders.
