The sans serif appears to be Roc/Ascona Grotesk.

 

Given how Billie Davis fits together, I’m fairly certain that it is lettering, not a typeface. Reminds me a bit of Filmotype Pixie and its narrower related typefaces Filmotye Pacific/Parker/Pike/Puritan.
