Trying to match a Low Res sample from a client to make vector file

Question

Note the top of the "A", the slight upward angle on the bottom of the bowl of the "R", The angles on the top of the "T", the angled center bar of the "E", Thick and thin Lines.

No apology necessary—just letting you know I wasn’t sure of the exact weight used on the orignal (to my old eyes, seems to be between book and light, but that could just be a function of converting the type to outlines).
