I believe the first is lettering. Every letterform is unique. The second is not quite so sophisticated. It uses caps from Duckie and a modified lowercase from Ekamai, shown below, along with other similar fonts:

Ah, you’re right. I think they did a much better job with Ekamai on the logo than in the other example. If you have a moment, please share your original images on Fonts In Use. It would be our first use of Ekamai or Duckie!
That is Voltaire, which I find to be a bit of trainwreck.
