Hi Paul, this is a pre-digital typeface named Germanic Sans Condensed. To my knowledge, there is no digital version.

For something fresh in the same vein, I can recommend Megascope from DJR. Here it’s used with ligatures and the stylistic sets 1 and 2 activated:
