This is the logo to the early 1990's Japanese arcade game / amusement attraction Galaxian3: Project Dragoon.

I'm having trouble finding a match for the "PROJECT DRAGOON" font. It's most likely a Japan originated font but I'm sure one of you will find it. Thank you in advance!

I just realized it may be Annonce but there seems to be some minor differences. Not sure.

Yes, this is likely a phototype version of Annonce, stretched a bit horizontally. You won’t get a perfect digital match as Canada Type’s version (the only one available) came much later.
