It might be, but it might also be something like Biome. Either way it's probably been modified by having its corners knocked off... The "e" in the original doesn't look like it belongs in the same font as the "u" and "n".
Harabara is essentially Helvetica with various corners trimmed on a curve. It looks like a similar approach was used here as the ‘B’ and ‘e’ seem to be a skewed Neue Helvetica (Bold Italic shown above). This is likely a custom hack job.
